They need to update their phone service. I had tried calling to ask a question so I don't have to go to the store. It keeps ringing and goes to a vm that's full. I had to go down therefor them to tell they had to charge me for boxes for a return. This was a few weeks ago. Today I tried calling again, because I recieved a box from a company to return items.
