Great additude for last min new years eve...total professional!
They are useless if you don't print the label before you go in. There wasn't a person there who was capable of using their email to open a shipping label (a process that is apparently their standard). After they couldn't figure that out, I asked to connect to the wifi so I could print it from my phone and was told "sorry we dont offer public wifi"
Customer service was friendly and efficient.
