rude customer service, won't be back
Federico's has always been our go to for carne asada, by far the best I have had in town! But, today's customer service totally disappointed! We are on the keto diet so we order carne with just cheese and guacamole (carne fries with no fries). It has ALWAYS come in the square styrofoam to go container and it is packed with carne, we always have left overs. Today I still paid the same 11$ price tag but got 1/4 the carne asada?? during this corna virus the specials they offered were amazing. also picking up my order I saw the cooks scrubbing and cleaning. love knowing I am eating from a clean environment. well done!!!
