I always order way too much but somehow end up eating nearly all of it. The most authentic Mexican food in Rio Rancho. The carne asada tacos come with 2 tortillas and enough stuff to fill them both. The shrimp cocktail is the real deal, too, very spicy with an entire avacado sliced up in it. So good.
So many things are wrong with Federico's. At least the one in Rio Rancho. The food is over salted, the corn tortillas for the tostadas were burnt, and I was sick for days after eating there. I was also annoyed that I called my order in, got there 20 minutes later and still had to wait about 6 minutes or so to get my food. I think they forgot to make it. Very dissatisfied! Also, there's a sign in the window that says, "aditional" instead of "additional". So sad.
The only reason it's not a one is because at one point they use to be accurate with our orders. Me and my night crew always get burritos on Wednesday because they have the special and are really affordable. Over a month now and they can never seem to get the order correct, sometimes the quality of food has been poor as well. We will no longer be doing business here after giving them multiple chances to fix it.
One of the best places to get Mexican food. I'm not a fan of the higher prices, but I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food. When they lock the doors at night, I was still able to order through the drive thru window even though I don't drive,
It's good they just take a little long Maybe they should hire more people. Other than that it's pretty good
