Been sitting for over 30 minutes waiting on our order, several other orders have came in and been fulfilled. When asked what was taking so long, the staff refused to provide an answer. They've lost a customer.

I've been tolerating the constant price hikes. Today I got a fish burrito and it had lettuce instead of cabbage in it. I'll tell you right now if Federico's is gonna start putting lettuce in the fish burritos I'LL START GOING TO FILABERTO'S because they use lettuce and it's $1 less expensive. I don't want lettuce in my fish burrito, I want cabbage. What's happening to Fred?
I didn't even get the food. The kid in the drive up window was playing games with his friend in the car in front of me they passed quarters back and forth for over 20 minutes! This was making me late to pick up my child so when I asked the kid if he could please pull around so I could leave he started cussing at me. When i called to speak to the manager he didn't speak English so he passed the phone to the kid in the drive through and he just thought it was funny and tried to blow it off then told me he had my food ready.
