We had a great buying experience at Federico Kia. Perry made the whole transaction simple and we love our new Sorento.
Sales team was great, a big thank you to James Starr and his sales manager got a good deal on my Sierra. The service team wasn't the greatest though nice and friendly the was miscommunication somewhere and the 4x4 service light wasn't fixed like they said it was and it then took over a week to get it in to service and another to get it fixed.
I was contacted a couple times, They were very polite and helpful.
Brent Marburger was super helpful. Great guy and overall service was terrific. I love my new car!
