Just bought our third vehicle from Federico. Steve Junge did his homework to put a deal together that worked for us. Steve Moore was on his game and had all the paperwork done so all we had to do was sign. We didn't have to sit in the showroom for hours. We are always treated very well. Service Dept., Sales staff and management are very courteous, considerate and accommodating. We'll definitely will be purchasing future vehicles from Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

My charger was damaged during an oil change and required a new oil filter housing assembly at my expense. Rick, you can keep your free oil changes. I will take my business elsewhere.

Best place to buy a car! Sales is great/ tony Hume is amazing! Service on the other hand gets a -5 stars. Unless you buy a 60,000 car, you're not important and they lie and cheat you. When in doubt, call Chrysler and report this service department over and over.
