Just finished my 3rd purchase from Federico Chrysler.. Larry Burch (Sales) has assisted me with all 3 vehicles. He made this the best experience I have ever had whit buying cars. My husband and I looked at several dealerships for good deals and I found that Federico in Wood River had the best deals for us. Keith Dalton was very easy to work with and he was exceedingly patience with us while we tried to decided what to do. He even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork and sell us the car. The finance guy Steve Moore however was extremely insistent with the extended warranties. He was rather rude and terse with us after we declined taking any extended warranties. After spending four days at three different dodge dealers, Federico gave me the car I initially wanted at a price less than I offered. They got the job done. Tony was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, The customer service was awesome. This was probably the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I've ever had. By the way...
