I am VERY upset with Federico service department. Beware of their special deals for multiple oil changes. I paid $75 for 4 oil changes - used one and then my van was totaled in an auto accident. I called them and they told me on phone that the plan would transfer to my new vehicle. Today I took my new van in for its first oil change and was told it doesn't transfer. So I ended up paying $75 for ONE oil change. You guys just lost my business. Shame on you for taking advantage of a loyal customer.
Great experience. My salesman was named Craig and he was a pleasure to deal with. He really did right by us and we got a great deal. Dave Sanders in the finance department walked us through everything and he really made it a very nice experience. Love my Jeep Cherokee.

I always get my vehicle serviced at Federico. Oil changes are as cheap as any other small shop and if I need a loaner vehicle they provide one. Everyone is helpful and nice.
We recently purchased our 5th vehicle from Federico. Once again we could not have been more pleased with the service and help we were given. Our salesman Larry Burch helped me find the perfect truck to surprise my husband with. We have always received excellent service here in every department.
Awesome environment. Super nice people. Love my 2016 Jeep! Larry is the best. Not to mention the free car washes! So extremely happy.
