My family and I have spent 40 days waiting on you to send an adjuster out to look at our ceiling with a huge hole and mold everywhere. I’ve told you that it’s sucking my AC air into the hot ceiling, it’s making my AC work overtime, it’s raising my electric bill significantly, and the mold smell is making me sick. But you do not care. It’s excuse after excuse and rude service on the phone. Here is my claim number is anyone wants to say that all this isn’t true. By all means look it up. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Federal Mutual Insurance has been incredibly disappointing. Their client backed into my vehicle, and despite clear evidence of fault, they’ve refused to accept responsibility. Instead, they’ve attempted to shift blame onto me ignoring the facts and dragging out the process and stop communicating all together.
