This factory (like many others) has a point system for missed days. Their factories are located in parts of the country where it gets wicked outside in the winter. They force their workers to use all of their ‘points’ or ‘vacay’ in order to stay safe and not come in to work when the roads are so bad there are TOW BANS. And many other surrounding factories shutdown to offer their workers safety. Not federal mogul.
