I've been buying Wagner brakes for every since I can remember. I recently bought a parking brake hardware kit and lost one of the pins. I've been in contact with your customer service department trying to purchase 1 single pin and you are not even willing to help. You are asking me to purchase another entire kit at $50 when I'm sure you can spare 1 pin (which I'm willing to pay). Don't expect me to purchase other parts from Wagner!!! Bought a rubber gasket and received a cork one in a sealed box for a rubber one, now my timeline for the job is screwed. Excellent job at quality control.
All of our family vehicles use Federal Mogul products, Wagner brakes, Moog Suspension and steering, Felpro gaskets and seals, and Precision bearings. =D
I bought a Champion spark plug for my lawnmower last year and I could only mow half of a .25 acre yard before the mower quit and I'd have to wait 20 minutes before the mower started working again. I bought a Briggs & Stratton spark plug for this year, not a problem mowing the lawn today.
