Despite having my name legally changed, and I my knowledge never providing it to this practioner, I have received an email with my deadname in bold letters advertising their new paitent portal. This is after me choosing to stop getting care through this practice about a year or ao ago after being repeatedly misgendered by the front office over the phone. The actual practioner I saw was excellent, but this continued pattern of indifference to transgender patients is hair-raising.
After struggling with appointments and finding kind customer service at other doctor offices, discovering Fearless Care LLC was a breath of fresh air. I spoke with an absolute angel named Tiffany, who was so kind and attentive, helping me through every step. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paige Shabro at Fearless Care. She is truly the first healthcare provider who has ever made me feel completely heard and understood. This place is a waste of time if you have an actual need for mental health treatment. You would think if they’re going to call themselves “Fearless Care” they wouldn’t be afraid to prescribe anxiety meds. Don’t waste your time.
This place is awesome! Dr. Marmolejo listens really well and is responsive to messages. The front desk staff is great as well. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience!
