Francis found a heat pump/ac unit that was a brand name and within my budget for a rental home that we had. He answers his own phone and does his own quotes so you're not paying for a salesman or receptionist. He did a great job, was very professional and courteous. When our own heat pump quit working this winter, Francis was my first choice even though he didn't sell/install the unit. He diagnosed the problem and worked with the distributor to get a replacement compressor under warranty. Really happy!
Whatever the class above perfection is, that’s the quality of work you will get from Francis. It really was mind blowing throughout a very big install at my house. I don’t mind paying for this quality but even the price was awesome. Look no further. Thank you very much sir!
