I'd rate my experience overall 4.5 stars. Went in 40 weeks + 3 days pregnant with painful contractions. I was scheduled later in the week to be induced but I was in a lot of pain so went to get checked out. I was showing signs of pre-eclampsia so they admitted me. During them monitoring me and baby's vitals, baby's heart rate kept randomly dropping so I was rushed for an emergency C section. Dr Carson Rodeffer was amazing. When I had my baby on July 13th I had the best labor and delivery team for my c section, the team I had was Jenny (Jenny from the block) and Robert and Kevin the dr who did the surgery. I can say it was the best I have ever experienced. Also my nurses during my stay was great! Their names were Christine, Katey.
I recently called this hospital after receiving a message that my brother had passed away. I was terrified and just trying to find out if he was safe. I understand that there are privacy laws and that staff may not be able to share patient information. My complaint is not about that. It is about how I was treated during one of the most frightening moments of my life.
