I’m not sure how it is from the buying aspect but if you rent, you’re definitely just kinda left high and dry for any kind of fix. My basement floods every single time it rains and causes my hot water heater to go out. Now I’ve been without hot water for 3 weeks and they’re waiting on the part, which wouldn’t be a huge deal had they not told me it would be fixed “tomorrow” and not show up 3-4 times. Only 1 star because I had to in order to post.. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! Absolutely HORRID communication!! I had no idea what was going on during the process unless I called, then I would not received return a phone call, but a text or email. These folks are disrespectful to the people who write their paychecks (sellers). Jason Gates was our realtor at Tucker, and we had a GREAT experience buying our first home. It's a super-stressful thing to do, but Jason was very laid back, listened to us about what we did and didn't want in a home, and didn't pressure us. I would highly recommend him to others without reservations.
