FBMC is the worst benefits management. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. If they are closed for 2 weeks for the holidays it should be on their recording and/or their website. This is frustrating specially when you are retired and depending on this benefit for healthcare. It is not cheap either. Can Tallahassee do something? I love it when they say that customer service is very important to them. What a joke. It's causing me anxiety. Maybe after this review someone will call. I doubt it. Our government at work!

Unable to pay my bill. I have called multiple times daily for a week and after 10 minutes of music the line disconnects. They are taking MONTHS to set up automatic deduction for my billing, and in the meantime I have to call every month to pay over the phone because you can't pay them online, which is ridiculous.

It’s sad they are the only game in town. Happy to take premiums, slow or NO response to inquiries. Be aware if you decide to dialogue with customer service. First, get all your information just to tell you that you need to send email. Then, automated response says someone from our team will be in contact with you. Step three, call back and repeat, repeat, repeat. Going on a month trying to resolve a simple issue.
