I have eaten there before so I decided to take my lunch there again I waited 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch for my food my breadsticks was laid on top of a dirty table that also had hair on it. I'm really not one to complain on customer service because I myself working customer service but I just feel like this was ridiculous and my food was overcooked I guess my compensation for the long wait was so many breadsticks that they were crammed inside of a paper bag next time I guess I will just find somewhere else to eat my lu... read more

It was really reasonably priced and the service was very kind and attentive to our needs....we loved it and will be back.
Staff was nice, food definitely needs to be bumped up in quality, some items tasted out of a can and not fresh. Not the fazoli's I can remember.
I HAVE GONE TO THIS FAZOLI'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT I WENT THERE RECENTLY WAS SO DISAPPOINTED............FOOD WAS COLD COULDN'T GET EXTRA BREAD STICKS!!! I'm DONE WITH FAZOLI"S!!!!
My 11 year old loved the spaghetti with meatballs! I had the penne chicken it was so good, but I wish it was more chicken and in smaller bite sizes! But it is really good! The bread sticks are Awesome!!!!
