This place is a joke. They completely missed my online order so when I got there I had to wait another 15 minutes and when I turned it in under their website their owner Missy said she wanted to make it right and gave me this bogus email missy.bissonnett@fazolis.com that doesnt even work. Comes back failure to send because email doesnt work. This place should just shut down

Got this daily deal email. Tried to use it today (Monday). Went to the drive thru and they didn’t even know about the deal, after we waited and got to the window, we were told that “the manager” told her to tell us that we had to go inside for that “deal” or it would be 10.99. When we ask why we were told i dont know. And there’s no “dine in only” anywhere in the email. We left and won’t be back.

Food is good for fast-food Italian. Breadsticks are awesome. You just need to turn the lights on outside at night! You look closed. No lights in the parking lot. Kind of scary.
