Food tasted like it was a heated up TV dinner. Couldn’t even finish my food. Poor poor quality of food restaurant felt and looked dirty.
I went there specifically because they are one restaurant that I can count on to have Barq's rootbeer. Their fountains were all out.
The staff was really nice and the food is great!
The first time we ordered from Fazoli's they forgot to put my sons dinner in the bag and I didn't see it until I got home. I called and talked with the general manager, Carl, and he was THE BEST!!!! He apologized, told me he would personally make my sons meal again himself, AND included an extra family meal!!! I was blown away by his generosity and kindness. It was by far the best customer service experience I have had with a restaurant. THANK YOU, CARL!!!!!!
Service here sucks. We ordered our food,and the girl didnt even put my order in. She got very frustrated w us,and was pretty rude. But, on the flip side,rhe food was awsome! :)
Great place to eat and had an amazing time. Everything was perfect.
