Laura and her staff at the Muncie Fazoli’s are the best not only do they provide a awesome choice of meals at a great value they generously Support the Austin Matthew Quinn Memorial golf outing which is held annually each June to support the scholarship set up at Ball State in memory of our son.

Clean fast and friendly service. This is the best place to have your party. Everyone is Satisfied with lots of love! Fazoli’s is the perfect place to eat. Day or night! You can download the app and receive a free spaghetti. Who doesn’t love free? You will receive points for every dollar spent. Those points add up to even more free food.

We ordered a whole pizza to go and didn't even get all breadsticks that were supposed to go with it. The pizza wasn't done all the way and it looked like it was left over from lunch and had been sitting there all day. We ordered sausage and pepperoni and it looked like they had taken an already baked pepperoni and thrown sausage and cheese on top if it and hardly even melted the cheese. Went to fazolis for lunch and went to go get a mr. pib and the machine sprayed me all over my clothes because the cap was not on. I told the workers and they litterally blew me off put a cap on and did not apologize for my soaking wet clothes. I then talked to a different employee and told her I would like a free lunch or item and she rudely interrupted me and said probably not. Still without an apology.
I hate to complain but since this popped up in my Facebook and you asked... We hadn’t been to Fazoli’s in years and used to go at least twice a month after church on Sundays. We got take out last night and our food was not great. We got 6 breadsticks that were soggy and our fettuccine Alfredo noodles were all stuck together. The staff at the window seemed to be nice but in a hurry to give us our food and get us out of there. And it wasn’t busy. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Charissa took our order and we went to find a seat. Every table was dirty so we went and asked her for our food to go. She storms off to the kitchen in a huff. She comes back much later with our food. When we get home, 30 minutes away, we notice there is a hair in the baked spaghetti. What a waste of $21. I will not be returning to this fazoli's at 307 E McGalliard, Muncie Indiana ever again.
