A few issues. Good food but a bit pricy . The other problem . My daughter is dairy free. Asked for dry bread sticks . Cashier was a little bit saricastic when she asked how many you want. Then my daughter didn't know there was cheese in salad and asked for another to be made without cheese. Cashier turned and again in a tone asked for one made with no cheese. I loved it. The service was really amazing and anyone that has never been to Fazoli's I recommend it
Ordered the family meal (spaghetti marinara, alfredo, 2 extra 6 bread sticks, 2 sides of meatballs, lemon ice). No plates, forks, or anything to eat with....
Love you the new look,staff is friendly,would like breadsticks a little faster
