I just left there after trying to place a To-Go order at the counter. I was initially overcharged for an extra salad, and when the cashier went to issue a refund the system went down. I was perfectly fine with waiting on my refund, however he mistakenly put it in as dine-in, and the food was brought out as such. The food was sent back to be packaged up and never came back out. System was back up for 10 minutes and I still had no refund or food. Waited 30 minutes for nothing.
we waited over 25 mins tonight to get 2 pieces of pizza throughthe drivethru. they didn't park any of the cars ahead of us so by the time we got our pizza it was cold. It likely had been sitting there bagged since we ordered it.
