Fazolis Italian Restaurant I love going to Fazolis because of the endless breadsticks. With one purchase, you receive the bottomless breadsticks privileges. The staff was very helpful when I had trouble making a decision, they knew how to recommend what would satisfy my tastes. They were friendly and welcoming. Everything was very cost efficient. Everything was clean and relaxed, its the kind of environment where you can sit for hours with your friends with free refills and a basket of breadsticks for as long as you'd like.
RecommendedIt’s one of my favorite pasta places to go out to eat.

Normally really enjoy Fazoli’s but will not be returning to this location. The young lady working the window was super rude and would barely speak to me, then proceeded to shut the window when I was still talking to her. You could clearly see all the workers horsing around and trying to hit each other with rubber bands. Living 30 minutes from Springfield, I get home to discover over half of my order is not in the bags. We usually love Fazolis, this one in particular because of its fast and friendly service. However, after today we will not be returning. With it being busy and lunch time the tables were filling up. I sent you child to get a table while I waited in line to order. By the time the customers right before me were to order all the tables were full. They decided to wait.
