RecommendedI very much like the food, for the most part, and the people are always nice. I do wish they would ensure the table numbers get cleaned between customers. I was assigned #4 for my table today. The server brought out the food and collected our number. She placed it back on top of #21. The very next customer was given the same exact number, without it being cleaned or wiped off in any way. That is not very sanitary. RecommendedThe manager at the front counter and his team were awesome today when we visited for our Sunday lunch. Their friendly and fast service was first class. Oh and the food was great too! We’ll be back for sure!

The manager needs to treat her customers nice.When I asked for sugar packs she said why did I need them,when she brought my food I asked for pepper she commented Fazoli’s had everything not like Walmart’s empty shelves.I work for Walmart and I told her that if she has a problem with Walmart she needs to call them when I asked her for the manager she said that she was the manager l felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t finish my lunch and I left.I She said that she was having a bad day like that’s my fault
We usually love Fazolis, this one in particular because of its fast and friendly service. However, after today we will not be returning. With it being busy and lunch time the tables were filling up. I sent you child to get a table while I waited in line to order. By the time the customers right before me were to order all the tables were full. They decided to wait. the only food that is good is the breadsticks which are amazing. in the drive thru I asked about the ingredients of the parmesan shrimp bake nothing was mentioned about the ridiculous amount of crushed red peppers that made the food completely inedible after 1 bite I had to toss it out.

Just got a $10 ultimate sampler. It is disgusting. Chef-boy-r-d for $..90 is so much better. Don’t waste your money.
