Good food and price. The food was served quickly and deliciously.
Horrible service. Waited 40 minutes to get food that was not good! Didn’t get a salad and drink which was upcharge 2.99. Then no salad and they gave me $1.06 refund. Do not go to this horrible place!

Great service & the food was awesome. Much better than the Richmond Fazoli’s in my opinion.
Always great! Good customer service. Prices were great! I love the Winchester store. We travel from the next county over all the time.
Food was great, service worst we have EVER had at a Fazolis! Had they been busy i would have understood!
