I called on Friday for an immediate appt. but service could not be provided until Monday, however later in the day Russ called to tell me someone would be out within the hour. I am so pleased with not only the service but the employees are knowledgeable and polite. The office manager, Dawn, went out of her to get someone to my house on Friday. We called Fazio on Thursday for an appointment. They said they could do Friday but never called back we called several times and finally were told they would come around two on Monday. We suffered through two more days of ninety degree heat with two small children only to have them no show Monday. We called several times only to have their VERY RUDE receptionist tell us things like "we can't call every ten minutes" (they didn't call once!) No stars at all but you have to use one to post.. Called them on Friday-made an appointment for following Tuesday. They called Monday night to say they could not come until Wednesday. I said ok. The owners son came at 10 AM looked at the problem stayed for 5 minutes and said he had to find some to help him and that he would be back in about a half hour. 3 hours later I call them and ask whats going on and the owner told me he forgot and that they would be here on Thurday.
