The GHETTO of Fayetteville – I would not recommend this place to anyone. Let me begin by describing the management, absolutely unprofessional. Repairs are not addressed in a timely fashion. There seems to be no organization. As a tenant I repeatedly gave written request for repairs and yet they were not addressed. The on site management live in a two bedroom unit with 3 small children.
