Dr. McCauley was our doctor for 25 years or more. We moved back to our home state because of our son's illness. We have not found a Doctor here that can measure up to the care we received from Fayetteville Medical Associates!! We were treated with respect, the medical care we received was the best, and we never had to second guess if our needs would be taken care of! We miss you, Dr. McCauley!!
