Their staff was friendly enough, but i went in as a new patient for a simple cleaning their price was 69 so i thought it was a good deal. when i got there they took a lot xrays, which i did not need because my last dental visit was 5 months before and i had xrays done then. when i refused to pay 276 dollars for their extensive cleaning i was told i would not get a cleaning period and that the 69 dollars was just for xrays. only when i refused to pay did i get a simple cleaning. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Not really, it could have been better Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? No, it didn't taste good at all

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. They could've used quite a few more staff members.
