This place is a scam...They will charge you all kinds of fees. I've had two appointments with them and both times my insurances said they over charge for procedures. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I went to Fayette Dental this week because of the $69 cleaning/X-ray special on the billboard. Once they took my X-rays, they sent the "business manager" in to scare me into over a $2000 bill. They refused me my cleaning stating I need the deep cleaning and antibiotic treatment for over $1000 along with a crown for over $1000. Of course, she offered to finance it since I don't have dental insurance. I wish I had just ran out! I paid which I feel was a wasted $380 to get only my bottom right teeth cleaned. Every time you go for a regular cleaning, they propose hundreds of dollars worth of deep cleanings and procedures AND want you to purchase prescription mouth washes and rinses. When they refused to do a regular cleaning for my 20-year old daughter because I wouldn't pay for a $250 deep cleaning for "preventive" purposes (no gum disease), I decided to pull my whole family out of this practice.
