My 13 year old cat, Harry, had not eaten or drank anything for an entire day and a half. He just layed around and slept. When I looked at him, his lower jaw had swollen so bad he could barely open his mouth. We called and they took Harry in same day. We thought it was an infected tooth and feared it could be cancer. a big thank you for Dr. waits for coming in tonight and seeing my german shepard. Zane got hit by a car and i called the emergency phone and he called right back in less than five minutes. met us there and took good care of zane. thabk you again. the staff was ready and so was Dr. Waits not knowing what was coming in. the roush family are truly grateful of your services.
They truly care about their patients and would not turn any sick animal away. I showed up at their office with no appointment due to my cat having trouble breathing. When I told the receptionist that I didn’t have an appointment she said that’s ok. We will get you in. Dr Waits and his staff are awesome. I thank god I chose them. A veterinary that puts his patients first.
Handled my fur kids like they were their own .. gentle and calm and respected and understood my fearful pittie..
