25 years of bringing my pets to this Vet. I will no longer use. Something has changed in the level of concern for the care of my pets.
Dr. Waits and staff are the most caring veterinary hospital in town. We just lost our beloved Spike. And they sent us a sympathy card. I work at a physicians office and we don’t do anything so personal and thoughtful like that. We all could learn from Dr. Waits and staff. Kindness helps heal a broken heart. Thank you. Such great and caring people. Our dog got sick with Parvo and they seen her and helped her get better. Dr.Alexa was able to see her on Saturday, waited for us as we were running behind and was amazing with our pup. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Waits is so kind! We had to have our 10 year old lab put to sleep Friday. He was very patient and caring! He was even willing to come outside to do it. Chips last moments were of us loving and holding him sitting under a tree instead of him being scared in an unfamiliar room. That meant the world to us!

I always love this vets office. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. From the beginning of their life to the end, Dr. Waits has been there every step of the way.
The past 6-8 weeks have been a difficult time going thru the process sickness forces you into. Dr. Alexa Ferrel has been an absolute sweetheart in this process. She took great care of my dog Gator. And today she brought peace to my soul when she came to the room and shared that Gator had passed natrually while she took him to start the process. I'm very thankful for her kindness and compassion in this horrible circumstance. Thank you
