Today, I showed up 30 mins early and waited 45 mins past the appointment time. There probably was 50 people in and out of there. A staff came to the window and with zero compassion said we've been busy today. She was rude and offered no apologies! I’ve never taken an animal anywhere else, but I will never go back.
I took my cat there to be neutered, felt they were rude when I dropped him off. They were just as rude when I picked him up, acted as though I was a bother to them by asking a couple questions about his after care. When I checked to see what his weight was at the time of the visit it wasn't there. I called to ask and she said they didn't write it down. I then requested his records to go to another vet and she printed it over top of the header on the page then smirked at me when she handed it to me!!
Had a very very good experience with them and they have an amazing staff. Really thankful for them to help with my dog. I give them 5 ⭐️’s.
