Tech came out to look at our 30 year old manual lift garage door. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the company's products and potential install issues for our low headroom application. Very friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Gave us a number of options to consider. Looking forward to the new door!
The Technician came out to repair my inoperable oversized garage door. I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I feel it necessary to share. jack was prompt, professional, and left me feeling confident that my garage door would be problem free for years to come. If you need to have your garage door serviced or repaired I would highly recommend Jack and his company!
I was referred to them buy a comrade and I found them to be very reliable and professional.They kept their word and delivered the work as agreed.They dint pressure us to use their services or buy any of their product that we dint need.Our door works great and is easy to operate. Fayette is not a WA state licensed company. The BBB says Fayette is a closed company. Fayette requested $39 for a service estimate. The on site quote was way too high for the job. The guy said I could not replace the panels when in fact I know they can be replaced. Then he asked for the $39 estimate fee, which will be deducted from the job. Fayette never emailed estimate. I believe this company is a scam and these must all be fake reviews.
I highly recommend them for service or replacement. Had a problem this morning where the cables snapped and the door came off the track. Called him about it, came in no time. Very knowledgeable and worked his magic. Highly recommended.
