PHONE LINES HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR MONTHS/NOROVIRUS. After visiting the office last Thursday 1/9 for lab tests, I became very ill with Norovirus the following morning. When I spoke with the nurse this morning (1/14) to discuss my lab results, I mentioned this incident, and she stated, “Oh, we haven’t had anyone report that.” People can’t report anything to your office because your phone lines have been down for over 8 months!! Faye is amazing but the office staff for scheduling needs training. My wife had 2 completely separate appointments only weeks apart and verified during her first appointment that her second hadn't been canceled but she showed up today and they had canceled her appointment and the receptionist took on a very rude and aggressive attitude with her. How about saying your sorry for screwing up and getting her in to see someone since it was your fault (the office) and not my wife's since she made it perfectly clear she still neede... read more
