Seriously eff faxton urgent care and the doctor there who seen my children and the hospital administration lady!! Took my kids to urgent care Monday. Both kids had a runny stuffy nose for a week before that, and started getting worse developing a bad cough. My daughter had a fever the Sunday night and Monday before when it all started. They both coughed so hard they threw up everywhere! A nurse named Kathy who May I add was very rude diagonsed me with a upper respiratory INFECTION that she decided didnt need any sort of medication. Yet last year (mind you I only have been to urgent care for this sort of thing TWICE in years) I had the same exact thing and got a antibiotic that helped a ton. She continued to say You will find out coming here will not get you antibiotics as if Im some drug crazed lunatic. This was A horrible experience to top of being very sick.
First time visiting. The personnel very kind and friendly. Thankfully grateful.

Shout out to faxton! Not everyone who has tooth pain is looking to get a hook up. I went today hoping to get antibiotics and maybe some motrin. She didn't even look in my mouth just processed to make me feel like I was after hard pain killers. Not everyone is an addict, some of us actually have pain and maybe some of your nurses should go back to school and relearn bedside manners. Big middle finger to you.
