The ER was great, but once admitted quickly felt like I was receiving care in a third world country. turn around on call pulls was HOURS. Next time I would rather die on the way to a better hospital then go there again. I have insurance, so that wasnt the issue. under staffed, staff over worked, most staff is temporary too
RecommendedI am a employee c n a/monitor tech. I had a great experience yesterday. As I was a sitter for a patient that needed a peg tube, I accompanied the patient. The wonderful team there let me view the procedure. I am going to school for LPN and this was a great experience. I would like to thank Bonnie, Robert, the Dr that performed the procedure and most of all the nurse that asked me(sorry I don’t know her name, she knows who she is, special). Again I am honored to work next to some knowledgeable and great people. Bless you all.
If the patient is in pain, let them have Ibuprofen. Shower curtains would be nice with hot not warm water. At least the patient see a Doctor 1 time every 24 hours. Let the patient have his/her medications or have the hospital administer them.
It’s only a miracle that my husband is still alive. After 11 days in ICU, I had to threaten a lawyer to get him transferred to Tampa General! I so wish I could tell my story!
I was sent home with a bleeding ulcer when fawcet could not diagnosed it
RecommendedFMH provides the highest quality care in medicine. I worked for Fawcett as a traveling therapist from PA and became so impressed with the vast amount of talent, the friendly staff and their high motivation to serve the public that I left my home in PA and moved to work FT here. It's been 3 yrs now and I don't regret my decision. Love this place!
