We paid for a service and didn’t get it. We were treated rudely by at least five people. Blame was placed on us as clients instead of responsibility being taken. We spoke to no less than five people and got five different excuses. After contacting the “President & CEO” we hoped to get answers, but instead we were treated even more poorly and blamed. We are out of our payment and have no product in return. Terrible experience.
I ended up calling this facility for information after I had a terrible experience with another finger printing place. They were so incredibly helpful. They made sure I had all the info I needed to process my lifetime carry liscence and they even apologized for the actions of the place that did not treat me so well. I would advise anyone to go here first and also do your investigating of reviews on places before you go somewhere! This place reviewed very well and the place I went to originally had horrible reviews!
