Best eye care ever. The whole staff is very attentive and helpful, most thorough exams with the most top of the line equipment.
I've always had a fear of eye Dr's but at fava and Maria It has gone away, even if I get drops. They are very kind and pay attention to you. I never feel rushed. I feel like they listen to you. So thank you for the great job and attention I get every time.. I have referred people there...
I was pretty upset with my office visit today. First appointment was @ 2:40 PM with the Optometrist, and then I had to sit and wait almost an hour to see Dr. Fava. The room was freezing and the tiny monitor had no sound. What was I supposed to do sitting there waiting that long? No one comes to check on you, apologize for the wait, or ask if there is anything they can do for you. The icing on the cake was having to pay $80. I have only ever had to pay my $40 co-payment.
