Everybody was very nice, except for Mary, the toad that sits behind the desk. We have been going there for years and know she has been there a long time, maybe it's time to retire, although she has always been like this. And I think she is the office manager. Good thing the other employees don't adopt her attitude. Other than that, it was another good experience.
