Purchased roses for my mother's 83rd birthday. My mother was too polite to say anything, but I could tell that she was disappointed. I was shocked when she emailed a photo of the arrangement. Half of the roses had been replaced with tiny carnations. This is not what I paid for. Some of the roses that were included, looked stale and close to wilting. Light green feathery foliage was replaced with depressing heavy dark green leaves. An insipid arrangement with tacky card. Nothing like the website photograph.
