Excellent service. Comfortable waiting area and refreshments as well. Would have a hard time finding another place for service that is so good.
We purchased our second car this week. Richard Scott is a good salesperson. Discovered an usb issue before I drove off the lot. Yes it took time to fix but so glad we discovered it right away. Only negative was the hard sell for the additional warranty. Made me wonder if Subaru’s were as good as I thought?? I selected the car for the safety features but the sound system is awesome!
They don't honor their warranties. I had a vehicle in for warranty work, told me that they couldn't "duplicate" the problem. I sent a video of my issue, told me it wasn't covered. Funny how it was covered until I showed them that there was actually an issue... I wouldn't buy an oil change from them!

They worked with what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and worked with my budget as well,, were quick to answer any and all questions I had and overall it was a pleasant experience and I love my new car!
I have only had my Subaru Outback about three weeks. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. I took it for a test drive before deciding to purchase it. That sold me. I’ve walked out of dealerships in the past for heavy-handed sales tactics. Faulkner showed me what I asked to see and answered my questions. No pressure. In three weeks, I’ve had no reason to use the service department. So, I’ve no comment either way. If I were to recommend a car and a dealership, it would Faulkner‘ sand Subaru.
I brought my 2017 Forester in for air conditioner problems.. they informed me that there was a service bulletin regarding the condenser. What would have cost me $611. was paid for by Subaru!
Everyone was very nice. I have never had a bad experience with Faulkner Subaru.
