RecommendedWe took our van In for what we expected to be an in and out service appointment for a door lock. Well that turned into be the exact opposite and it turned out to be a lot bigger job. My van has been In the shop for about 5 days now and Jon has been excellent. He had called or texted us every day to let us know the status and where they were at in the process.
