Their primary focus is on taking your money. I made a service appointment online, got a phone call, and it was from a salesperson wanting to sell me a new vehicle, NOT about my service issue! The reason I brought my vehicle in for service was not fully resolved; but they did charge me $100 to present me with a list of other services they could sell me. Looking to buy, not really planning on trading anything but hey let's see the offer. Knowing KBB on my vehicle, I know what to expect on the offer, middle of the KBB spread right? What I get is an offer that's so low, it isn't even 1/2 of the worst KBB trade in condition. Someone could have made a mistake but there's now a chance Tameron is trying to rip me off and you can't do business with anyone like that.
