Faulkner Honda offers great service. The staff is always helpful and courteous. They are prompt and have a nice, clean waiting area and a shuttle if your service is going to take awhile.
The service at Faulkner Honda is by far the best that I have dealt with. Their easy express option is great for my schedule that is constantly changing. The only negative in my entire experience was having to go through the additional warranty pitch during the sale process. Being in sales myself, I would never push a sale so hard as to insinuate the customer is stupid if they don’t go that route.
