Austin Hyde, David Grossman all went the extra miles to make sure I was happy. I went to several other Honda Dealerships, it was a very unprofessional experience. We went in on a Monday to trade in and see about purchasing a Odyssey. I had submitted an online application which had checked my credit report twice (which should have been my first red flag when they tried to tell me it was a soft pull and they would have to do it again.....side note those were not soft pulls I have confirmed this with transunion) anyway......so they pull my credit again....my fault I should have walked out instead of allowing them to do this.
