RecommendedChris in the service department was very helpful on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019. We were scheduled for an inspection, new tires and the person who originally scheduled our appointment via the phone told us that Faulkner doesn't normally give a loaner car so we told her we would wait for our cr-v to be serviced. RecommendedI had my oil service done in a fast and courteous manner and scheduled a service for a problem with the hands free hook up. Both Eric and Chris were great. Although they could not fix the problem at that time they continued to try until they found the problem. Thanks guys!

I've been attempting to get a sound issue fixed in my 2019 Honda Odyssey since June. It is now 4 months later they've had my van 3 times and each time they gave it back to me the issue wasn't resolved. There is also a level of incompetence with some of the employees in the service center. I've gone as far as to reaching out to the President of Faulkner Honda (Mr. Perry) and still haven't heard back from him after several attempts.
