I purchased a 2023 Buick from this dealership in July 2025 and have been very satisfied with the vehicle so far. The buying process was smooth, and they accepted my Capital One pre-approval without any issues. My only concern was the overly aggressive approach to selling a high-priced extended warranty, despite the vehicle still being under the manufacturer’s warranty. Overall, a positive experience.
They are trying to sell a 25 1500 that has 6,000 miles on it for brand new, since it was never titled. Real market value low 50's, they trying to sell for mid 60's, so God bless the poor soul they talk into buying it. Big red flag. Imagine buying a brand new truck and being realistically about 20k upside down in the loan/purchase.
I was in Bethlehem on business when I had issues with tire pressure. TJ in service told me to come right over, he and the service team got me back on the road to Ohio very quickly. Awesome service, even for a non-customer.
