Took my Cadillac Escalade here for an oil change on Friday 4/18/25 they did an oil change , filled fluids, rotated my tires and did an overall check of my vehicle and said there was NOTHING wrong with my car they even gave me a packet showing there was nothing wrong and everything that was checked. Had a great buying experience at Falkner Chevrolet. Their team was easy to work with and helped me get the vehicle I wanted.
Called for service and got voicemail for service manager every time I called. And it was during Buisness hours apparently there is only this one guy that handles all of service calls and never at his desk.
