Due to me being negligent on checking my oil, I was in desperate need of an oil change. I called Tuesday and Kim listened to my scheduling obstacles and was able to find an appointment for the next morning, at 730am, the day before Thanksgiving. It's nice to know and greatly appreciated that the service team and mechanics actually diagnose a problem without like other chip shops telling you this will fix problem and a week later you take it back just for them to say you need this part now to fix it. Next thing you know you are spending thousands of dollars and nothing solves problems. Thank you Faulkner for getting job done honestly and one price one time. Great job guys.
