First, we had to wait for a half table to be cleaned even though there were several empty. People seated after us were greeted by their server before we were by ours even though she was serving the table next to us. We were not brought any bread but was told some was in the oven. Other servers were bring out bread to their customers who came in after we had been seated. Don't eat here!!! We went last night, food was cold and we got so sick afterwards! Two out of four of us are sick and it's not the flu, emergency room said it's likely food poisoning!
It took us over an hour to get our food and my salad came after my steak. Three other booths complained as well.
This FATZ needs a little help. Well, maybe the server we had. Other than playing off like she didnt forget our request for additional sauce, she overcharged my card. My meal was $27. She charged my card $51. No joke and no exaggeration.
Service was s l o w. Not crowded so no excuse. My worst visit ever.
I'll say that our fellowship with each other was better than the food. However every one enjoyed the meal; no complaints. And our waitress was very attentive.
We used to love going to Fatz but we went recently and the service was terrible. Less than 10 tables where ppl were sitting and we still had to wait 20 mins to be seated. Took forever to take our order, and receive our food. Food was cold and not good. Not once did I see a manager let alone waiters/waitresses. Not sure why Fatz has gone down hill.
