You quit having the hot bacon tomato dressing, which I loved to have on my salad,main reason why I came to your restaurant.
Waited almost for an hour for an uncooked hamburger steak. Then waited 30 minutes for a new dish. Also tried to charge us double for the plate. Poor management, but our waitress did try her best. Restaurant has gone down hill.
Service was great food was good I like the atmosphere and they got cold beer
Waited 45 minutes for a table and were told we were next to be seated. Then a lady who had recently arrived yelled at the hostess about having to wait and asked for a manager. The manager then came and immediately seated the lady who was throwing a fit. Next family saw that and started complaining about it. Same manager told them they'd be seated next. We left at that point. Apparently the way to get seated here is to yell at the employees.
We stopped going there years ago because the quality had slipped. About a year ago we decided to give it a try again. It had really improved so we started eating there pretty regularly. We went Valentine's Day and our bill was $65 for 3 people. We waited over an hour for our food and it was wrong when we got it. All we got was an apology. Went there on Saturday and our bill for 3 people was $59. The wait staff member provided excellent service and the Shrimp Po' Boy was awesome!
It was me and my two daughters. I ordered a calabash salad and my daughter ordered calabash chicken! My other daughter had a burger. The ONLY thing edible were the burger and fries! The chicken was extremely salty & grease was pouring out of them!! When I asked the manager to take the chicken and salad off our ticket bc we couldn't eat any of it, which I never do, she apologized and said yes. When we got our ticket, she hadn't taken it off but given us a managers discount!! We ended up paying $30 for a burger!! I was livid!!
