Don't waste your time or money here! My dad ordered the sunrise skillet with the eggs hard fried. The eggs came out runny. It was supposed to have potatoes with gravy, he got grits with gravy. Their reason for this was, well we are out of potatoes. They were also out of jelly for his biscuit. All of the steaks that were ordered were cooked over done and were so salty they tasted like country ham. This place has went downhill bad! So much for a good Fathers day lunch!
This is not the same it used to be. The bathrooms were beyond nasty, they were out of every vegetable side I wanted (4 different ones), wings came with sauce when ordered without, tomatoes were on sandwich when ordered without and the worst part of all there were shrimp tails in my calabash wrap. Manager did not seem overly concerned with customer satisfaction. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone!
Eat there quite often, but Sunday seems to be a bad time to go. Took almost an hour to get our food. Felt sorry for our server. All she could do was apologise.
This Fatz restraunt has gone down hill seriously in the past year. Service was terrible the last time we went there. We will not go back until they hopefully correct a lot of their issues. If you really want to go to a well run Fatz with great Service visit the one in Easley. I just wished the one in Seneca was run like the Easley Fatz restraunt.
If I could give it a zero I would worst service ever...our server was horrible... sat there for 5 mins after we finally got our salads bcuz we had no silverware finally she came back to the table and to ask if things were ok.. told her we would let her know once we got silverware to eat with. An hour later we got our entree and the calabash chicken was way over cooked ...will definitely not eat there again!!!
The Service was Great,food awesome. Waitress. Checked. On us every few minutes. � � nice time in an out in 55 minutes. An they were busy.
